At the EinStrong Foundation, we believe the world’s largest polluters must be held financially accountable for the environmental damage - and those funds benefit the people.
The EinStrong ID (ESi) is our mechanism for delivering this vision. Through ESi, companies in oil, gas, mining, and other high-emission sectors are charged a clear environmental fee for each unit of resource extracted. These funds are then redistributed equally and transparently to everyone as our global UBI program.
Any unspent program funds are redistributed to ESi holders, maintaining the principle of prioritizing people over bureaucracy.
ESi is designed to be globally inclusive, secure, and equitable. Every adult - regardless of nationality, income, or legal status - is eligible for one verified ID and an equal share of distributions. This ensures fairness and prevents abuse.
By shifting the burden to major polluters and distributing the proceeds directly to individuals, ESi turns climate action into a global system of shared responsibility and collective benefit.
It is a model grounded in equity, transparency, and scale - turning environmental justice from a policy goal into a living system.
