About Us

The EinStrong Foundation is a not-for-profit foundation started in 2019. We are located in Southern California, but we also enjoy support from individuals and organizations in Asia and Europe.

We are a dynamic foundation driven forward with leverage opportunities through a productive and robust P3 model (People, Prosperity, and the Planet). We invite other individuals, foundations, educational institutions, NGOs, and philanthropists who care about our global community to join us to improve the economic, educational, and climate change objectives of people around the world. We are leveraging our funds to benefit a billion people globally in the next 5-10 years.

Leadership

Myanna Dellinger, M.Sc., JD, PhD
Executive Director

An award-winning legal researcher, attorney, and Fulbright Scholar, Myanna graduated at the top of her law school class, Order of the Coif. She then worked for state- and federal-level judges at the trial and appellate levels including the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Myanna was a tenured law professor teaching business law and public international law for more than a decade before joining the Foundation in 2021.

Myanna has published more than 500,000 words on climate change risks to people, corporations, governments, and ecosystems around the world. She was ranked at the top 10% of all authors by download on SSRN for several years consecutively. More than 100 judges, attorneys, and scientists have cited to Myanna publications. In addition to her full-time work for the Foundation, Myanna volunteers as a temporary judge for the Superior Court of California. Myanna was born and raised in Denmark and has travelled to more than 40 nations for work and pleasure. She speaks Danish, English, and German fluently. She is an avid outdoor sports and movie enthusiast.

Head of Engineering

Combining over 20 years of hands-on industry experience in various industries such as Adtech, FinTech, MedTech, and Generative AI with an energetic startup mentality, Kang has a proven record of motivating and coaching engineers to build amazing products. Ex-IBM Watson. An engineering executive with multiple exits. Nerd whisperer. People leader. Kang also served as CTO of a publicly traded fintech company in CA and holds several patents in AI technology. Kang speaks Korean fluently and intermediate-level Japanese.

Steve Cho
Executive Advisor and Consultant

Steve Cho is a global consumer technology executive with C-level product, marketing, and operating experience at top global consumer brands including iHerb, Coupang, Samsung, Yahoo!, and IAC. He holds two technology patents and has led a wide range of organizations from early stage startups to large global organizations of upto $250B in revenues across 130 markets. Steve is fluent in English and Korean.

Hamed Mehrara
Director of Software Engineering

Hamed Mehrara, with 18 years of experience, currently serves as the Director of Software Engineering. Specialized in Java, Databases, and Software Architecture, he has successfully led projects in fintech, industrial, and software platforms. He oversees a team of developers and technical professionals, streamlining the software development lifecycle. Hamed holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Software Engineering from the University of Tehran. He speaks English and Persian.
